Our High Precision Fractionation and Toxics Release Laboratories continue to receive high marks for performance and customer satisfaction. Not only have we expanded our team of experts, but we’ve also added two major service offerings including Dustiness Testing and Particulate Sizing. So, with another year upon us, we’d like to take a moment to highlight these new services. The addition of Dustiness Testing and Particulate Sizing capabilities enhances the Hazard Declassification (Inversion) expertise for which we’ve become known. These highly engineered and validated systems are both capable of performing comparative analysis of any products you might produce, handle or use. When combined with Vacuum Filtered Fractionation (VFF), they generate quantifiable residue samples in the respirable size ranges of either 5µm or 10µm and the ability to determine contaminant release as a result of formulation, processing or application. Additionally, because the Dustiness System is fully lined and sealed, it brings with it the power to characterize aerosolized components from both solids and liquids, regardless of whether they’re organic or inorganic. To learn more about these new capabilities and to download a brochure, please visit our web page reviewing Dustiness Testing (https://www.reddwallsolutions.com/product-stewardship/dustiness-testing/)
We’d be amiss if we didn’t also take this opportunity to discuss our proprietary fractionation technique for isolating the toxicologically relevant respirable fractions of interest. This method, abbreviated VFF, is internationally validated and unique in its ability to demonstrate that the inclusion of a hazardous ingredient in your products does not mean that the final product should be classified as hazardous (bottom-up approach). Rather, if these ingredients are incapable of causing biological and/or environmental exposure once the product’s created, the product should be declassified and identified as non-hazardous (top-down approach). By applying real-world analysis techniques and a valid toxicological approach, our proprietary Toxics Release testing regimen is capable of determining the true exposure potential of your products and to accurately quantify those As-Presented (AP) material hazards which exist in the final material. Once again, we welcome your research into these unique capabilities and offer our web page dedicated to GHS Hazard Declassification (https://www.reddwallsolutions.com/product-stewardship/hazard-declassification/)
Should you have a few minutes to review the technical information we’ve made available, we’re confident you’ll find Reddwall Solutions to be the premier choice in supporting your Product Stewardship needs.
