The assessment is the first step in building a strong, sustainable EHS program.  Weaknesses identified during these evaluations are rated against good industry practice to assign relative risk while allowing for prioritization of corrective actions.  Our experts also provide the support services necessary to assist an organization with developing detailed recommendations and corrective action plans.  Thereafter, we lend our experts toward supporting execution of those remediation plans which result.

We recognize that some organizations may require supplemental technical support to bring their EHS programs to the level necessary for conformance with legal and company requirements or standards, such as: 

• Environmental support to assure that the organization has identified its environmental impacts, legal requirements, etc. and has adequate management plans and programs in place to ensure compliance with industrial regulations and good practices involving environmental stewardship.
• Validation systems, designed to authenticate the organization’s characterization of workplace health hazards and to confirm that worker exposure to hazardous chemicals is being managed.
• Medical management experts to make certain that adequate health controls are in place to provide monitoring and protect worker health.
• Safety support to assure that the organization has assessed workplace safety hazards and has adequate controls, procedures, and training in place to protect workers.
