RW Specialty Imports, LLC is a registered Pennsylvania company, wholly owned by Reddwall Solutions, LLC. and domiciled in Monroeville, PA. Given the relationship between Reddwall Solutions and RWSI, we’re able to limit the scope of TSCA filings by excluding additional third parties thus, allowing us to expedite the filing and approval process.
Because our clients may wish to retain proprietary information, relative to the New Chemical Substance (NCS) or their manufacturing processes, our filing approach allow the client to submit this confidential information via EPA’s Letter of Support process which assures that these details remain confidential. This alone, represents one of the major advantages of engaging with the Reddwall Solutions team.
Following TSCA approval, RWSI will initiate a Notice of Commencement filing which, simultaneous with importation, places the NCS onto TSCA’s Chemical Inventory and initiates the import process. Thereafter, the client can determine whether to actively engage in import and distribution through contract with RWSI or have the Successor in Interest action implemented so that the client can take control of all import and distribution activities. All import and distribution services offered by RWSI are negotiable via client agreement and available for as long as the client wishes to secure these services.
