Our Toxics Release Testing Facility offers proprietary release and leachability testing of products containing potential hazards, whether they be solid or liquid, organic or inorganic/mineral in nature. The purpose of this testing is to provide product characterization as needed to assess and quantify potential occupational and environmental exposures.

In the alternative, we’d like to take this opportunity to remind you of our proprietary fractionation technique for isolating toxicologically relevant components of interest.  This method, called Vacuum Filtered Fractionation (VFF) is thoroughly validated and unique in its ability to demonstrate that products containing hazard components are actually incapable of causing biological and/or environmental exposures.  When combined with our proprietary Toxics Release testing regimen for both occupational and environmental exposures, our services are capable of evaluating the hazard potential of any solid or liquid product, whether it be organic or inorganic. Once quantified, this toxicologically relevant information is critical to properly classifying the potential hazard or non-hazardous properties of the product and a necessary part of accurately preparing GHS, HazCom 2012, WHMIS, REACH and Prop-65 classification documents.
